About the Role
The Growth Marketing Specialist supports inbound and demand-generation programs across channels, partnering closely with the VP of Marketing, sales team, and internal stakeholders. This role is designed for someone with foundational exposure to HubSpot and B2B marketing who’s ready to build real experience through structured training, hands-on execution, and mentorship. You’ll earn HubSpot certifications, help run integrated campaigns, and play a key part in bringing marketing initiatives to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inbound marketing programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Build and optimize email marketing workflows, nurture sequences, and segmented campaigns in HubSpot.
- Support content marketing efforts, including blog coordination, landing pages, and basic copy needs, including supporting light design needs for basic graphics and visuals.
- Help manage social media calendars, publishing, engagement, and measurement.
- Execute campaign tasks across channels and share progress updates via Slack and internal communication channels.
- Track campaign and channel performance to guide ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate closely with sales to ideate and develop campaign concepts and lead generation programs.
- Maintain accurate marketing data and manage contact lists in HubSpot.
- Contribute to event support, campaign asset needs, and follow-up workflows.
- Participate in internal marketing initiatives to improve employee engagement and company-wide visibility into marketing efforts.
- Stay current on the industry, our product capabilities, competitive landscape, and target audiences.
- Support special projects and cross-functional collaboration as needed.
- Learn and use modern GTM tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, Facebook, Figma, and project management platforms.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Required
- 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships included).
- Basic familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools, including comfort updating web content in a CMS.
- Understanding of inbound marketing principles and interest in applying AI tools to work efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally.
- Interest in developing or applying basic design skills for simple graphics and marketing assets.
Nice to Have
- Experience with email marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Exposure to analytics or reporting tools.
- Early experience using AI to support marketing tasks.
- Interest in building a career in B2B SaaS or demand generation.
