About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape the next generation of LIV’s Fire Prevention and Compliance Platform. This role will build cross-functional to define, deliver, and scale innovative solutions that empower fire departments and inspection companies nationwide.

The ideal candidate brings experience with the full software development lifecycle, driving outcomes across multiple teams, and balancing platform objectives with individual customer needs. Familiarity with API-based platform integrations is a plus, but this is primarily a generalist product role focused on feature delivery, workflow optimization, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for one or more platform modules (e.g., Internal Inspections, Reporting & Analytics, Communication, or Permitting).
• Work closely with the leadership to ensure roadmap alignment with strategic priorities and customer commitments.
• Develop an understanding of industry standards (IFC, NFPA) and how technology can support better compliance and reporting outcomes.
• Define success metrics and track product performance; communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or technical program management within SaaS, GovTech, or B2B platforms.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, or similar).
• Excellent communicator able to build cross-functional relationships skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-obsessed, driven by solving real-world problems, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, data exchange formats (JSON, CSV, XML), and integration concepts.
• Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman) or managing third-party integrations.
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and data flows between systems (e.g., Salesforce, Intercom HubSpot).
• Prior work with public safety, fire prevention, or municipal systems.
